Define Shipping based in cities
hi there,
I'd like to know if a can define a shipping based in cities, for example if I´m in Colombia i'd like some like this:
Bogota = 10000 COP
Medellin = 12000 COP
Bucaramanga = 12000 COP
Cartagena = 12000 COP
