New Template's main page is not following CSS rules

First of all - The new look to the Zencart site looks great!! Congrats to everyone who worked on this.

I've been searching but can't seem to find an answer here or on google. I'm trying to create a new template for my site. I was trying to create a shopping cart section in the header and while working on it, not sure what happened, the main page's width became so wide that I have to scroll to the right to find product listing. I undid everything, cleared cache and still can't get the main page's width fixed. Please disregard the colors in the maincontent area as that's for me to see what happens when I make changes in CSS.

The weird thing is that all other pages work fine and don't spread out other than the main page.

The site is on a personal domain and can be viewed at koshandjane dot com / zencart.

Re: New Template's main page is not following CSS rules

I figured it out - I had to take out a slider code that I had put in the define_main_page which messed everything up. Not sure why, but I'm investigating.
