Suddenly all web pages slow after updating some products

Hello to all helpers
I own a shop and I am very pleased with the pattern
Recently I did some updates of products, etc.
But suddenly everything in the store very, very slow (including images that open the product)
I tried to change forever over a month already and no luck
Can anyone know what the problem? Maybe even go with me Lioser check .. (teamviwer or something ..)
Any help really help

Easy. All your images, including your product images, are way too big (file size, not dimensions). You need to optimize them all to less than 10KB.

In general
Each page you open without pictures will take a lot of time to be opened

Another question ..
How do I upload more images for a product?
To this day I put them on the network where link
How do I upload them to the store?
How do I upload pictures to the main page?

I deleted all the pictures camps! - No more pictures!
And yet everything is slow!
