This company claims to be the sole creator of Zen Cart!
On the page: "http://www.zencart.vel.pl/oprogramowanie-sklepu-ezp-1.html" the text of the license shall contain such information:

Licensor represents that it is the only independent software creator and for this reason he enjoys the exclusive rights to the copyright resulting from the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.
Licensor represents that libraries used in the program are used in accordance with its license and the Licensor has the right to use or sell the license program that uses the Library.

Licencjodawca oświadcza, że jest jedynym, samodzielnym twórcą Programu i z tego tytułu przysługują mu do niego wyłączne prawa autorskie, wynikające z ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych.
Licencjodawca oświadcza, że Biblioteki wykorzystywane w Programie używane są zgodnie z ich licencją, a Licencjodawca ma prawo do ich używania i sprzedaży licencji Programu wykorzystującego Biblioteki.
