Got this error over night. looks like several purchase attempts. We did receive notice Paypal would be down but that was supposed to be 10 days ago. Anybody else get this? Paypal API error code documentation gives no further information.

Sorry, forgot to mention: problem began around 12:50 AM and ended around 1:30 AM USA Eastern time. Successful Paypal orders before and after.

That's a Paypal error, and you'll need to contact them about it. Nothing to do with Zencart, as far as I know.

Yes, i am aware that this is not a ZC problem. just wanted to see if I was alone or if others experienced some sort of down time with paypal.
