How can I fix the space issue. I attached a picture when you open website in Safari and Internet Explorer.. On internet explorer looks fine but if I open on Safari it leaves big space. I wrote the word space so you can see where it leaves the space.

I have included a cross browser javascript in the template package to make isolating browser styles easier. See includes/templates/abbington_mega/jscript/css_browser_selector.js for the link to the script authors site and usage instructions.

I also have another issue. I am trying to read the readme folder instructions so I can do some tweaking on the website but when opens with firefox or internet explorer no instructions show up.

I have a question. How do I change the color and size of starting at: in product info. Attach is a picture that I circled so you can see what I am talking about. I went to the style.css but don't know where to go to edit that part. I looked everywhere but I guess I am missing something because I can't figure it out.

If you want to isolate the "starting at" text from the price you will need to add a class to the "starting at" text. Use the admin--tools--developers toolkit to find out what file you need to edit to do this.

Page source refers to <div id="bannerSix" class="banners" ... but I cannot find bannerSix in Banner Management? I have tried a bunch of CSS and TPL and Language files and searched FAQ's and this thread with no luck at all.

You can use the admin--tools--developers toolkit to search for the files that you need to edit. If you need more help, see the FAQs section of this site for a tutorial on how to use the developers toolkit.

Hi I just love this template Abbington Mega I have downloaded it and followed all the instructions but I seem to have done something wrong because I have started from scratch three or four times now and keep getting the same result.
The Template is installed but at the very top there seems to be an error produced by the code.
I get an Icon with a House and the word Home which is a link and works well. I then get an icon with a Star and the words Log In which is also a link and working well. But the the next icon is the shopping cart and next to that is this without the quotes " Shopping Cart - count_contents();?> item(s) - format($_SESSION['cart']->show_total());?> " This line of code is also is showing as a link and when clicked on it it shows the shopping cart on the front page.
Please could you help me fix this problem and let me know the files to change and where to find them.

I too am having the same problem as Bexley in post #26 and I am on a XAMPP server.
Other templates work fine ie Cambridge_pro.

This is a problem with your server and the use of php short tags. Just remove them and it will work. If you do a search of the forum you will see that this question has been asked and answered at least a few times already ;)

First, thank you for providing these beautiful templates free of charge.

I am just beating my head against the wall trying to get my social media URLs added in the footer.

I am running ZC 1.51, or whatever the latest is, downloaded, installed and updated through my hosting company.

Abbington Mega template, the most recent and have followed all of your tutorials for changing the URLs for the social media in the footer through file \includes\languages\english\extra_definitions\abbington_mega\footer_menu_defines

I use Filezilla to upload my files.

When I look at footer_menu_defines I can see my URLs for all my social media pages but when uploaded it reverts back to your pages.

I have tried uploaded the page in all formats that Filezilla offers even directly uploading from my file transfer page through the control panel.

So far this is the only problem I have encountered but I am afraid to start messing with uploading images, etc. until I find out what is causing this problem.

Here is the URL for the page - https://www.mygrannysatticantiques.com/antiques and it is the social media links in the footer of the page that are giving me fits.

I am happy that you like the template and are using it for you live zen cart site ;) If you read the readme.html file included in the template package, you will see that no file edits are necessary to change these images or links. You will change them in the admin--tools--banner manager. If you have edited any files related to the footer social media icons I would recommend re uploading the files form the template package again.
