Product images not displaying

Hello,
I have had a new template installed on a new install of zencart.
On the category links all the stock products are showing fine in the product listings, but they do not show in the product description.
However, when you click on the picture that is not there, it opens up in a large view ok.
I then tried to create a new product, gave it a name and description etc, broswed for a picture and selected to install it in the "main Folder" (this i have done on other sites with no problem)
Now, when you go to the product listing, then click the product, there still is no image displaying.

Do you think this could be a template problem or is it just a simple setting?

I cannot understand this.
No matter where i tell Zencart in the add a product section where to store the image, wether it is "main folder", or any other folder, it goes to the correct folder but still does not show in the description.
When you right click where the image should be, it shows that it is stroing it in the /images/medium folder.
How / what do i do to rectify this please.

I can see that the "medium" folder "word" gets added for example:
http://bridge32.uk.cloudlogin.co/images/medium/milkchoc_MED.jpg and this was set to store in the main folder. And the pic is there, in the correct folder.
