Move Wide Banner to above footer bar

Move Wide Banner to above footer bar

By default the Wide Banner is shown below the footer bar.

I would like to render it just above the footer bar.

Can someone provide a method for moving this banner.

In Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings, switch the Wide-Banners to either Footer Position 1 or Footer Position 2.

That works, thanks for your help. Cant tell you how much research I did on this function before I went to the Forum. I now see that it is explained in the book.
