redirect not working and host says its not their problem

Fine. Clearly I don't have all the facts.
But you posted that things changed "from /srv/disk1/8133219/www/michael to /home/www/michaelhulak/".
So, if your host didn't do that, or make that necessary, the someone else with system-level-control of the server did.
I'm certain that this isn't and wasn't a Zen Cart issue.
