Renaming Sub-Total Text

Hi,

I have tried updating the files found via the developers tool which contain the title Sub-Total. I wish to change this to Food-Total. However on the below pages it still shows as Sub-Total:

Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information Billing Address:
Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation

It also shows as Sub-Total on the admin order email confirmation. I am setup for payment method of Paypal.

Please can someone advise how to update.

managed to solve it (amazing what a nights sleep does lol) The file that needed to be updated was located at the below location

I found it in includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_subtotal.php
