how do add international shipping charges?

I need to figure out how to add charges for international shipping. I currently use USPS and most of the orders are in the US but we do get a few orders out of the US but it doesn't add any additional charges. could anyone help please.

If you're using the most recent USPS shipping plugin (http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?191406-USPS-January-22-2012&p=1096861#post1096861) from January 22, 2012, there are separate configuration values for US and international shipping fees that are added to the USPS quote.

n.b. If you're not using this version of the USPS shipping, you need to update it anyway ...
