tax display but not added

Right now I have an store and in the chekcout the tax is displayed but is not added to the price.

I have both :
Display Prices with Tax false
Display Prices with Tax in Admin false

set to false, but the problem still persist, this is an example of an order

Products Model Tax Price (ex) Price (inc) Total (ex) Total (inc)
1 x CRP 14.975% $16.95 $16.95 $16.95 $16.95
Sub-Total: $16.95
Store Pickup (Walk In): $0.00
Total: $16.95

Can anyone help me?

I think the FIRST question is Do you want zencart to add taxes or not. This is very unclear from your comments (ie: you don't want them displayed, but you do want them added).

If you want tax added then you first need to set up your tax definitions and zones.

After this has been set up you can then choose to have them displayed or not.

The final piece of the puzzle can be found under admin->modules->order_total
The 'tax' module determines whether the tax gets added to the order total or not. If you don't have tax added, and don't wish to display "tax $0.00" on the checkout page then disable this module.

As stated, I'm finding it a little unclear as to exactly what it is that you want (or don't want).

Thanks for your reply, well to be more clear:

The taxes are not being applied in the order total, we want them to be, all the taxes are correctly configure (when I make the price to be inc tax the prices does goes up..) but in the order total it doesnt being added..

So wee need to have the taxes added to the final price

sort order '300'

Is the ot_tax button green or red?

Are you using a custom template or the 'classic green'? (If custom then temporarily revert back to the 'classic')

The shipping tax is correctly added...:S I just dont know whats wrong...

Your screenshot shows that the tax is NOT being added (to checkout), but now you are saying it IS being added?

you have no Idea how bad night, the last screen was with a product with no shipping feeds.. heres is one with ship tax..

Would I be wrong in assuming that you are using some some kind of add-on mod for your taxes? (local sales tax, cloud tax, or similar)

If so, I suggest that you seek support from the various threads that deal with these specific modules, because I really can't help with any of those (no experience).

No extramodules, Im re-uploading any files that say taxes on it to the server and now it displays the taxes but doesnt add anything! hahaha >_<. I tried using the classic theme with same results...

Do you have an idea of what files are used to managed the taxes? so I re-upload them?
