Remove Newsletter from Information in Footer

Hello, how do I remove reference to "Newsletter Unsubscribe" under Information in the Footer.
I also want to remove "Featured Products" and "Specials" from the Quick Links in the Footer.
I am using the Upscale Boutique template.

I would recommend looking here:

Hmm tried that forum already and was advised to search in main forums for the answer. I found how to disable the Newsletter function from Information in the sidebar, but cannot find any advice on removing it from the footer, not even in the footer forum. Any ideas anyone?

Re: Remove Newsletter from Information in Footer

That template uses clydejones' Footer Menu mod, so you should look in the support thread for that for information on modifying it. Clyde passed away last year, but there are people who know and use the mod who should see questions there.

Try this:

Thank you !!! I changed the relevant instructions to read:-

Define('FEATURED', '');
Define('SPECIALS', '');

and

Define('UNSUBSCRIBE', '');

This has worked in successfully removing the text from the footer !!
