Sales Tax not shown in Confirmation E-Mail when Numinix module installed

1.3.9h with PayPal Express, TaxCloud, Numinix's FedEx Mod, and Sales Report mod.

Basically, taxes and totals add/display correctly in the cart, and are charged properly through paypal. PayPal receipts have the right amounts. Admin console and customer "previous orders" display the correct amounts. PayPal Confirmation e-mails display the correct amounts.

ZenCart generated order confirmations to both Customer and Admin are 100% correct (id, name, addy, products, options, etc) EXCEPT sales tax is not displayed (either as line item, or in the total).

What follows is an example on a test order.

If this can't be solved, I'll just put a disclaimer in the Confirmation that Tax isn't shown because of some official sounding reason. I would like to just have this work. To be super clear, it is displayed properly EVERYWHERE except the confirmation e-mail.

/includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php is untouched. Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm still digging into this with my limited php knowledge. It seems like the only file that has to do with taxes and e-mail generation that was modified is \includes\classes\order.php, which TaxCloud has a custom version of.

No clue if it helps, but in Admin>Configuration>My Store, if "Display Prices With Taxes" is true, everything displays the "wrong" 11.02 total

If the Numinix FedEx mod is disabled, the confirmation E-mail works correctly. now to find what Numinix/TaxCloud/Confirmation emails have in common.
