Upgrade from v1.3 to 1.5 ...now the configuration menu is empty

Hello everyone,

I thought I had successfully upgraded my zen cart to v1.5 ...was able to log into the Admin panel without problems, but when I went under the configuration menu option I have nothing other than the 'logging' option. See picture.

I am a bit puzzled because I haven't seen any error message or warning. What can I do to fix this issue?
