why every file of sidebox show twice at my tool-layout boxes controller?

such as there are two "sideboxes/categories.php" ,if set both true,at frontend,it would show two categories.
what cause this problem?
two languages?but there is only one language:lookaroun

If you go to your phpMyAdmin, you can browse the table:
layout_boxes

If you search for your template name in the field:
layout_template

then sort by the field:
layout_box_name

you can see the duplicates and then delete the higher number of the:
layout_id

NOTE: backup your database before doing this ...
