WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I am experiencing somewhat of similar issue except that I cannot access the admin page. The website moved without any issues and I can connect to the front of the shop like any customer. BUT when I try to connect with the /zc_admin I get: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I am using v1.5

I did update the admin confiq php with the correct name of the new host but still no access......help?

Transfer site from one host to another last Friday. Changed the two configure files as instructed. Front store works fines but when I tried to access zc_admin I get :WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Dr...thanks - I have read all this information and as a novice I still cannot tell exactly what is wrong. I checked the debug as suggested and it referenced:PHP Fatal error: 0:DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED and pointed to line 101 which was greek to me. I search the forum but I can find only your replies to read the articles/posting you referenced above.

I did allot work on this zen cart and was following all instruction until it came to transfer the cart to another host.

Is there any help?

OK, so you updated this, but did you also update this same file to reflect any changes made to your Database, which probably has different a different DB name and/or user details as a result of your move?

This is just a wild guess as to one of the many possibilies.

It may be 'greek' to you, but if you expect us to be able to help you (without having to keep guessingf) it would be handy if you at least let US know what the error messages say so that we can get a better idea as to exactly what is going wrong.

From experience, all you'll be doing is changing from one set of problems to an even bigger set of problems, with people much less helpful than us Zenners :)
