Sales Tax and templates
This is a modified site which I inherited.
I'm having a problem adding a new sales tax zone -- I've added the zone and everything seems correct, but at checkout there is no mention of sales tax and tax is not included in the total.
After some discussion with the client, I'm thinking that the previous developer may have modified the template files to remove sales tax display, and, apparently calculation.
Why, I don't know.
Can someone point me to the template and/or core files which I should examine to check if this might be the case?
