I get a blank page in the login Area

Hello, I am in desperate need of help.
I have moved my webshop from one server to another. I have read in all the forums you have to change the admin/includes/configure.php.
Well I have done this and I have changed the database, name and password to a new one which was created after the fresh installation.
When I do this, I cannot login into my webpage backend. Do I need to change anything else?
