Email address in "To" and subscribe link not work

Hi

I have 1.3.8.
I have two questions which i havent figured out for long time

  1. When customers sends me email from "contact us" and i receive the email on my gmail and click on "reply", then it is my email which is displayed on "TO". The customers email is in the itself so i allways have to copy and paste to "TO".

How can i make it so that it will be the customers email will be in "TO" when i click on Reply?

  1. This is regarding to newsletter sending from admin and the unsubscribe link which appears in the bottom of the newsletter. When sending out a newsletter, the unsubscribe link directs the customer to the unsubscribe page, but when the customer types in his email address, it says it cannot be found or has allready been deleted. For information if i for example type in navido2########################## in the field to unsubcribe, it writes navido82%40hotmail.com instead when i click on unsubscribe.

Please help

Probably all related to the obsolete version of Zen Cart you're using.
