Image Handler 4 Categories/Products Action Icon

Zencart 1.5.x

Recently upgraded to Image Handler 4. Image Handler 4 is working through the Tools menu.
The action icon is not showing up in the Categories/Products window with the other icons.
Does anyone know how to get this icon to show up?

1. Have you checked to see the icon actually uploaded, either way try reuploading it
2. The image handler support thread in the contributions thread is the best place for help with Image Handler

3. Have you checked your sites /cache folder for debug logs

Thanks for the the suggestions. I will try these and see what happens.
I have been to the Support -Thread that you suggested. I went there again
just in case I missed something. I have also went over the "read me" documentation
for IH4, but just didn't see anything. Again thanks and will let you know
if I have success.

The action icon for Image Handler 4 is showing now. Went back and compared
the files supplied for IH4 and the files that the "installer" actually installed.
There were missing files. Manually installed the IH4 files which fixed the
missing icon.
