COWOA conflict with product attributes

Hi ... I just installed COWOA and everything works fine except a product attribute. It is one of three required to order a tablecloth, and it is a text field - the customer is asked to give the dimensions of his/her table. The other two attributes are radio button and are still functioning as required, but the customer can now order a tablecloth without filling in the dimensions box. The attribute is still marked required in the admin. Any help in finding this conflict would be most appreciated. Here's the website, if that helps: https://www.outdoorlivingtablecloths.com.

Just to update ... I have uninstalled COWOA, but the problem still exists. I'm having the site restored to before the original COWOA installation. Should anyone have an idea of what has happened, I'd be interested in knowing.
