All Information Sidebox Links result in empty page

Hi Everyone,

I have almost finished customizing my zencart and have run into one problem that has stumped me.

Any of my links in the "information side box" (example: Gift Certificate FAQ, Discount Coupons, Shipping & Returns) all go to a page with no content in them.

I have checked to make sure all the files are there and they are.
I have checked the debug log and nothing is created when the pages are accessed.
I have turned on the strict error reporting - and nothing is generated when the pages are viewed.

Any suggestions?

I have also noticed the "New Products" and "All Products" links in the main left bar also are resulting in blank pages :(

you have actually entered information for each page in Admin->tools->define_pages_editor?

It looks ike itgoes to the right page but you just haven't put any content on it yet

Isn't there pre-defined text? I looked into most of those and they do have sample text - yet NOTHING shows. Also, shouldn't the new products and all products show a lot more then a blank page..?

It looks like your URL-rewriting mod is messing things up. When Zenners finally stop using those, we'll have a lot less to do here. What happens if you turn that 'feature' off, and are there any error log files in your /cache folder ?

Are you referring to the SEO rewrite mod or the AddThis button I have that appends something at the end of the url?

I have nothing in the debug..

That solved it - I disabled the SEO Rewrite add-on and everything works now. I guess this plugin can not be used?

They can be used, but are not necessary, and as you've discovered, can cause more problems than they solve. If you think you need that function, this is supposed to be the most stable mod:
