I'm not really sure what you are asking, but your screenshot shows:

\includes\modules\slucky\create_account.php (The create_account.php file used with the 'slucky' template active)
\includes\modules\viwolf\create_account.php (The create_account.php file used with the 'viwolf' template active)
\includes\modules\create_account.php (The original/default zencart file used if neither of the above templates are active)
\includes\languages\english\create_account.php (The original/default zencart language definition file that will be used by ALL of the above)

Exactly what is it that you are wishing to replace?
If you are having a problem replacing it, then exactly what is the problem you are having?

sorry,no problem any more. the modules folder supports file replacing method such as templates.
