Removing Stock and Model Numbers from cutomer View

How do I make it show when customers are browsing a product is does not show the model number or stock counts?

try this please ...

admin panel/ catalog/ product-types/ on far right hand side click edit layout

Here you will see how to turn off

Thought it was supposed to be done in admin/configuration/product listing

but that does not work for me when I set Display Product Quantity to 0.

haredo was correct and it worked fine enough even let me default the metatag headers so i dont have to turn off model there each time either.

My question is, after hiding it from the customer, will the model #s show up in the order itself for the admin's records?
