click payment module is a blank page in background!

I use lightinthebox template and then installed it,but when i click the payment module i can't find anything,just a blank page!

who can help me! thanks!

i'm very worried now!

open php.ini text search 'memory_limit' ,then change the memory limit, example:memory_limit = 12M

last, restart apache server
