My admin area is suddenly being slow!!!!!!!!

I am in the middle of building my store and added a few good add ons and everything was running super fast and smooth but I stopped working on it for a few days (More like a week or so) and now the admin side is soooooo super slowwww....
My admin pages were loading in about 1-3 seconds and now they are taking anywhere from 27 seconds to 56 seconds to load anything.....
I have ran the clean up tool on the store management page but it did not help and I'm not sure what else to do.

Can someone PLEASE help me :-(

Never mind.... I found the problem..

My Cache folder was HUGE!!!! Some how it had over 1024 cache files and not even my web hosting company could open the directory, so I just had them delete the whole folder and I uploaded a fresh cache folder with the default file in it (index.php and .htaccess) and now it is super fast again :laugh:

I will be keeping an eye on it for a bit to see if it starts doing it again.
