Total In Cart Is Incorrect shipping to Zone 1 Countries

Hi,

I changed my site from free shipping always to Zone rates to allow international orders recently.
The ZXone rate shows up correctly, but the Total Amount due in cart is incorrect. Here is the trouble order;

Sub-Total: £47.60
1st Class Mail / Airmail (Shipping to IE): £4.82
Table Discounts: -£23.10
Total: £24.70

This should be £29.32 Total.
Any ideas why it is not adding up right?

I use Zone Rates (but changed description customer sees) , and a table discount module. The discount module is working fine with every other order, as are the Zone Rates.
The Zone Rate shown here is the correct pricem just the adding up is incorrect.
Any idea how I can sort this out?

OK, sorry for another post
I have IE in Zone 1 rate
GB in Zone 2
Others in Zone 3

My Zone 2 and Zone 3 add to cart totals fine, but not Zone 1 Countries ...
