Blank Page after clicking the install button on Shipping Module

Blank Page after clicking the install button on Shipping Module

"Free Shipping Option", "Per Unit", "Table Rate" and "Zone Rates" are all Red Dot in my zen cart admin. When I click the "install" button, all of them didn't response, and then admin becomes blank page. What can I do? Please help! :(

Thanks! but i have checked the cache folder, there is no error message shown.
The blank page didn't show immediately, but after I click "install", it keeps loading for a long time and finally comes a blank page~
