Shipping rate by zone definition

Hi all, this is my first post and I'm new to Zen Cart.

I would like to set a flat shipping rate for each of the 3 "zone definitions" I have.

Zone Definition 1 => 10
Zone Definition 2 => 12
Zone Definition 3 => 14

I don't want to set the flat rate for only one "zone definition" as I see it can be done. Neither I want to set different shipping cost per country, I'm only shipping to one country: Peru.

I would like to set a different flat rate for each zone definition, but looks like it is not possible and I have not found a way to set different shipping rates based on zone definitions, only by country.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Set the Zones up and use the pricing as:

Zone 1
10000:10

Zone 2
10000:12

Zone
10000:14
