USPS Shipping Problem - Showing $0.00 for All Values

Hello and thanks in advance for support!

My USPS shipping module WAS working fine, up until a couple of weeks ago. I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the latest version, but have been having problems. My account is on the production server and everything appears to be working correctly. Below is what I get for "on screen debugging," which looks like it is getting the correct values from USPS:

Make sure that you have installed the January 22, 2012 USPS shipping module as announced in:

1 Save old settings to NotePad

2 REMOVE

3 INSTALL

4 Reconfigure with your settings that you saved in NotePad

I removed the USPS module via the admin console, removed the two related files via FTP, refreshed my admin panel to ensure that USPS had disappeared (it did), re-installed the new version (I am running Zen Cart v1.3.9g and used the correct version for download), went back into the admin panel and enabled the plug-in, and copied back the information from USPS. Still having the same problem...

Any ideas?

What are the version id lines that come up?

Next, what are your settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Next, what are your settings in the Modules ... Shipping ... when you click on the USPS and look in the right hand panel?

Figured it out! Turns out one of my values "Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship" did not have a value in the box. Maybe this happened when I updated the USPS module? I'm not sure how that got set. Anyways, I put in "999" for the value and now it seems to be printing out the values.

Just posting this so that anyone else in the future may be able to troubleshoot it!

Try for these settings:

NOTE: USPS will not do a package over 70lbs ... the default is 50 for the Maximum ... set to 50, the weight will be divided into "50lbs boxes" ...
