How to change 'Contact Us' into plain text (not a link) in showcase mode?

I changed 'Contact Us' into '+ 运杂税费' (http://angelcorp.net/zencart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_4). I further want to make it plain text (disable link).

I can only make 'contact us' form blank by inserting whatever symbol (I use %) in 'tpl_contact_us_default.php' 2nd line

but cannot stop the link function.

The format portion of my website is almost done, but this problem remain unsolved.

Again, please help me stop this link function (originally it's 'contact us' under showcase with price) while keep the text there.

I had seen this, but it's not very clear to me what you need.
Do you want to remove the link from "contac us"? Like displaying "contact us" but without it linking anywhere? Or like removing the "contact us" altogether?

Eventually I figured out with hints from other posts.
Go to 'includes/functions/functions_general.php' and find (around 2/3 down to bottom)
// show case only superceeds all other settings
if (STORE_STATUS != '0') {
return '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_CONTACT_US) . '">' . TEXT_SHOWCASE_ONLY . '</a>';
}
change to
if (STORE_STATUS != '0') {
return 'whatever text you want to show here';
}
