Is this a Clean install of v1.3.9h or an Upgrade?

What version php are you running?

Do you see any debug logs in the /cache directory when you try this?

Do you have any add ons or Plugins installed?

It's a clean install of 1.3.9h running on a PHP version 5.2.17 with a couple of add-ons like password protected pages and multi-level pricing.

There are items in the debug logs.

Need help, willing to show my appreciation via PalPal ;)
