index.php?main_page=create_account is blank / shows a white page

Hi,

I am having a problem, when somebody makes a new account, after filling in their details and clicking the "submit" button, a white / blank page is displayed for index.php?main_page=create_account

I searched the zen cart forums and found this closed thread, but it doesn't have an answer to how I can fix this:

Can anybody help me please?

Thanks
