Hi Anne,
I am using the Oxford Dark template.
In the Read Me file, step 6, "Recommended Admin Settings", step "A" the image to copy the values from is missing. (product_listing.png/403 permission denied error).
Also the layout_settings.png from step B is missing.
Could you check that for me?

Hi there, I have had to turn off your template temporarily as when adding additional images to my products for some reason these do not show up. Now I have looked through everything over and over again and have probably missed something really simple, but this template gives me all i need, so any help woudl be appreciated

This is not a problem with the template. If you look at the demo you will see lots of products with additional images. I would recommend looking to addons or modifications that you have made to the template for the problem. Also, make sure that you have named your additional images correctly. See the FAQ's for details.

Hi Anne,
I have another question.
I am having an issue with the home page slider.
It stays stuck on the first slide. Clicking 2-5 does nothing. It highlites the different numbers as if it is moving through the various slides, but stays stuck on the first slide.
The demo for this template on the Picaflor Azul website: Oxford Dark Demo has the same issue.
I have used the same dimensions as the original slides and have not changed anything in the tpl_home_slider.php file
Could you look into it for me? I am almost ready to go live.

UPDATE: I was using Chrome & got the stuck slide issue. I DO NOT have the issue when using IE9.
Is there a fix to make it Chrome compatible? Many of my customers utilize Chrome.

I just looked at the demo in chrome and there is no problem with stopping the slider on the various slides. I clicked on the buttons for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and they all worked and stopped the slideshow on the correct slides.

I guess it was a Chrome issue. They JUST did an update from 19.0.1084.56 m to 21.0.1180.60 m and all is well again.

Is there a snip of code I can add to have the link on one of my slides open in a new window?
The slide links to my newsletter sign-up form, and I'd like my main site to stay open while they fill out the form in the new window.

You can add:

target="_blank"

to the anchor tag of the link in the define_main_page.php file.

In the drop-down menu (Mega menu I believe) in the header, under Information-General, there is a link to "Newsletter Unsubscribe".
I use a third party for my newsletters and I have a link to the page I need my customers to go to, to unsubscribe from our newsletters.
I have created an Easy Page and utilize the link in the footer of my page for unsubscribing.
Using Google to inspect my page I can SEE what I need to change, ( /index.php?main_page=unsubscribe, to my custom link)
I just don't know where the change should go, in which file.

just a question for you, ive installed this template on my site and for some reason the cart shows ```

on the left hand side also i have a currencies box and a languaged box sitting there and i cant for the life of me work out how to move them, there not the normal sideboxes they look like the ones you have in the header, but there just sittn there chilln out
