Need a little help with website revisions - 2 questions

1st question: Can anyone tell me where i can find the files for my website to change some information on "Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation."? I tried putting the page title in the Developers Tool Kit search and it came up with: public_html/includes/languages/english/checkout_confirmation.php. Unfortunately that only allows me to change the layout of the page but it does not allow me to change the information on the page that is specific to my site. Any idea where I find the files to change my site specific information.

2nd question: Does anyone know someone who knows ZenCart inside and out who I can pay to send me step by step instructions to make changes and modifications to my website? I want to learn how to do it myself but with limited experience and getting too old to retain what I learn I really need some help from someone who can tell me how to do things similar to the issue above. Often when I post issues here people reply mostly with information that assumes that I know where to go to make the changes, but I really need step by step instructions. Are there people who will do this kind of thing for a fee?

Actually, DTK gave you the correct path to the file you need to edit. It's a language definition file and you don't edit layout from that file. Are you sure you navigated to the correct file? Normally, ALL files under includes/languages/ are just language definitions and have nothing to do with your layout..

You are correct, the information is there. I got confused because a lot of the info is not in that file but is pulled from other areas. Thanks for that. It made me look harder and figure it out. Your input was very helpful to me and I appreciate you taking the time.
