combination discounts define page not showing in admin

I have installed the combination discounts mod from SWGUY but the define_combo_promo page doesn't show up in the dropdown list of pages under ADMIN>TOOLS>DEFINE PAGES

What is missing? the define_combo_promo.php is in includes/languages/english/html_includes/MYTEMPLATE/

Where do i need to look? The mod is working fine except i can't edit via admin! :(
