Penny Shipping Not Registering
Hi All
We're using table rate in ZC 1.3.9h
In NY state "free shipping" has to be given a value and taxed. So if shipping would be $10 and they qualify for free shipping, we still have to charge tax on the $10. So we want to charge $0.01 for the last rate in the table. It's not free and the penny is added to the order amount and taxed.
problem is that the penny never shows up in the order. 0.01, 0.02, neither: in the order total the penny is not added and the shipping says 0.00.
I assume this is a rounding issue. I set it to 0.05 and still shipping is 0.00.
Does anyone know how to charge penny shipping? What's the threshold for the shipping calculation?
