Order Number on Paypal

Hi,

I use Paypal standart and after check out process it directs to paypal page where it shows order information.
This is how it shows on paypal page left side box:

Order Number: 12879
Item Number: Store Receipt (how can I change to show actual item number?)
Item Price: $154.22

I tried Paypal express and it didn't have this option. This option only paypal standart has. For right now, I can't change to Paypal Express, I have to stay with Paypal standart. Please healp me to change 'Store Receipt" to actual item number.

If you are using v1.5.0, then in your ZC paypal website payments standard module's settings you can set Detailed Line Items In Cart to yes.

Express Checkout DOES do this automatically, contrary to your statement.

No I use version 1.3.8. Can it be fixed with this version? I know it is old version and it needs to be upgraded, but mean time I would like to fix that problem. If I could fix it then I can say I solved the big problem because if I won't be able to receive purchase order at least I can see what items number on paypal report.

PayPal Express Checkout shows the detailed line-items on the PayPal receipt.
And Express Checkout also doesn't have the same problem that the PayPalIPN module has with orders sometimes not showing in the store (which happens if PayPal's servers are too busy to tell your store about the order in a timely fashion).

So:

1. Click Remove on your PayPal IPN module.
2. Click Install on the Express Checkout module, and configure it: https://www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal
3. Then plan and do your upgrade.
