PayPal Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon causing error

Hey folks... First post, so forgive a newbie!

I'm running the PayPal Website Payments Standard - IPN payment module. The only other payment module I'm running is the Pay by Phone addon, and the problem doesn't affect that module.

I have a 50% off sale right now, and one of my customers has a gift certificate he's trying to use. When the gift certificate amount is less than the order total, but greater than the discount amount from the coupon code, the Order Confirmation button does not show (nor does the footer, nor the right column boxes). Because nothing shows below this point, it seems like an error in the Checkout_confirmation/jscript file, but if that were the case, I'd think it would also affect the Pay by Phone option (which it doesn't).

Any suggestions? Or is this such a rare situation that I'd be better off crediting this customer the difference and calling it a day?

Nevermind... I switched to the PayPal Express module, and it seems to have worked itself out.
