After I installed my template from TemplateMonster to my host, How do I edit TEXT

I have looked around the ZenCart forum and elsewhere for help. I recently installed a ZenCart template I purchased to my host (Bluehost) from TemplateMonster. I changed around the information in the meta-tags, but thought that making other changes would be equally simple. It is not and I need help. I want to change the text for the listings in "Categories" (and pages they are linked to), the header links (and pages they are linked to), and in my "Featured Products" (and pages they are linked to). I am not looking to change their stylesheets, just their respective texts. I see, when I inspect the elements from the site, with my browser, that they are perhaps listed in an index. That makes sense if so, but I do not see them anywhere. Where are they? Using FTP, I am using the paths:

/www/admin123/includes/languages/english/categories (for categories in my admin?),

/www/includes/languages/english

/www/includes/languages/english/theme636 (the template I am using)

/www/includes/templates/theme636/common

You are going to have a rough time with a TM template as they don't generally play well with ZC even if they do look pretty. One of the reasons we can't help is that we can't see the site.

What exactly do you mean by "change the text" and "and the pages they are linked to"? Specific examples would help us help you.
