Despite that you said that you already followed the FAQ article: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?44-how-do-i-change-or-reset-my-admin-password, humor me ...
Go to phpMyAdmin and browse your table:
admin
for your database ...
Do you see a table called:
admin
or one with a prefix something like:
zen_admin
If it is called:
admin
use this in the SQL:
DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';
INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_level)
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);
if it is called:
zen_admin
use this in the SQL:
DELETE FROM zen_admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';
INSERT INTO zen_admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_level)
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);
and login as:
Admin
admin
Now go to the Tools ... Admin Settings ... and EDIT the login for:
Admin
and fix the email ...
Then use the RESET PASSWORD and reset your password to one of your own ...
If there are other Admin logins, I would deleat them and make new ones ...
Then, check, via phpMyAdmin, and browse the table:
admin_activity_log
and see if you see any activity on the admin access ...
