The categories & bestselling sub menu not showing

Hi,

We have followed the steps mentioned video tutorial on the website to enable the template.
After enabling the template the webpage is showing correctly with the new theme.

but the categories and bestselling side menu are not showing.

Did you RESET the sideboxes?

ADMIN >>> TOOLS >>> LAYOUT BOXES CONTROLLER... Scroll to bottom of screen and click the reset button.

This sets to the DEFAULT... you may need to rearrange your sidebox settings
