Downloading easy populate csv and it's blank?

Hi guys,
I'm about to give up, I can't find any help and I don't know what to do.
I'm trying to download a .csv of my currently uploaded products so I can upgrade to easy populate 4.0 (I can't remember which one I currently have but the last update I did was Easypopulate csv by citychou) and it's coming up blank.

These links allow me to download some data though so I have no idea why the first one won't let me?
Download Model/Price/Qty .csv file to edit
Download Model/Price/Qty/Last Modified/Status .csv file to edit
Download Model/Category .csv file to edit
Download Froogle tab-delimited .txt file
Download Model/Attributes .csv file

Zencart version 1.5 btw

ETA: I got an error log when I tried to download the complete csv to my temp file. Here it is.

I commented out the following lines in the easypopulate.php file and I do not got around this issue:

Even better, you could use the actual installer built into EasyPopulate (easypopulate.php?install) and not the install.sql file provided with the new version.
