Bulk pricing based on set quantity.

Hi all... 1st off, short time lurker, first time post here.

My dilemma is, I would like to know, how I can set up bulk pricing based up to a certain quantity.

i.e.: If I sell a product in bulk of < 10 @ 12.00, and the customer only wishes to purchase 7, the price would still be $12.00... not 7 x $12.00 for a total of: $84.00

Alternatively, I did find this: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?101, which did help me create a pricing structure based on the amount of items purchased for another product.

I forgot to also mention... that if a customer decides to buy more than a set amount, the price would still be fixed.

i.e.: If I sell a product that is > 100 @ $300.00, and the customer wants 120, the price will still be $300.00.
