The HSBC payment method not working gives the error "Card Number is incorrect "

Hi,

the Zencart version is 1.3.8a. The site is made live and the HSBC payment is integrated on the site but it is not working it gives us the error "Card Number is incorrect ". we have tried so many test credit card numbers but still not working and in the live mode also it is not working...

Can anybody please help...
