Google Checkout orders not posting to admin panel (GoDaddy)

Ok so I have the following zen cart 1.5.0 site isawusa.com hosted on godaddy's standard webhosting. I installed the latest google checkout module and set it up. Orders go through no problem and show up in my google checkout account but NOT in the admin panel of zen cart.

I made sure to go to the integration page for google checkout and set the API callback URL to https://isawusa.com/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php I also set the "continue shopping URL" in the google checkout module to checkout_success

I have tried checking and unchecking the "My company will only post digitally signed carts." box in the google checkout integration page but there is no change. I also gave full permissions to the responsehandler.php file, still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

Re: Google Checkout orders not posting to admin panel (GoDaddy)

just found the error log in the google checkout tools this is the error it is throwing, "We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://isawusa.com/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php -- the error we got is Send failed with code: 401. Response body was: Failed to Get Basic Authentication Headers"

Hi David,
Are you still having the issue? This would normally be that basic authentication has been enabled on the module and within Google, but not setup correctly.
