Need help with my template - color, logo, tagline

Im using the black pure free template and i cant figure out how to change the footer background color. I did some searching on here but no luck. Also My logo is fine in firefox but in IE the tagline under the logo is cut off. I also searched for info for that with no luck. Any help would be great

Add the red part:

#navSuppWrapper {
border-top: 2px solid #cecece;
margin: 25px 0 0 0;
padding: 12px 0 12px 0;
background-color: #ff0000;
}

Your site is fine in IE8, which means you're using IE6 or 7 (may I ask why?). For the header to look right in those browsers, you will need to increase the height of #logoWrapper in the stylesheet to at least the height of your header image (109px).

Thank you stevesh! I didn't think about the fact my IE was out of date..
