Product edit problem after upgrade to 1.3.9h

After we upgraded to the above version each time we edit a product the name, description and logo disappear from the page you are editing. Anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve?

I have read through these post but none of them seem to be the problem I am having since upgrading to 1.3.9h. When I click "edit" on a product the edit page comes up fine but the Product Name, Product Description and Product Model boxes are all blank. If I click update they are gone forever, so I have to re-enter them before I update the changes. It even happens on newly created products!!

Do you have any debug*.log files in your /cache folder?
