Google Analytics "google_conversion_value" - what value do I use?
You REALLY do need to upgrade your site to a modern and secure version of Zen Cart. Yours is from 2006/2007.
That said, in the meantime FOR JUST THIS ISSUE ALONE and ONLY if you've not customized either of these files for any reason, you could try copying these two files from v1.3.9h or v1.5.0 or v1.5.1 and try them on your site, since they work with the FAQ article I've mentioned:
-/includes/modules/pages/checkout_success/header_php.php
-/includes/modules/checkout_process.php (or your override copy of this file if you've made one)
